We will gladly exchange a product purchased at the salon within 2 weeks of purchase.
Your appointments are very important to us. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee of 50%.

Adjustments will be honored if the salon is contacted within 3 days of the date of service. We will do our best to get you in with your stylist as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds on hair services performed.
